Guiding You In Kingdom Living

One of the Greatest Misunderstandings in the Church

Have you ever wondered why someone can move in the anointing of The Holy Spirit, perhaps in delivering a sermon or in God using them in a powerful way, yet, they are still struggling with issues that have them act in ways that are not of God?

Maybe they still cuss or secretly are addicted to perversity or are just plain mean to those around them. It is because The Holy Spirit can co-exist with unclean spirits inside of the same temple (body/person).

Remember, The Holy Spirit comes like a dove (Matt 3:16, John 1:32) and does not “kick out” the stronghold spirits and their fruit until we activate the power of The Holy Spirit with the spoken word (Jesus is the Word and only He can activate His Holy Spirit).

God still requires us to move into a place of authority and kick out the influence of Satan’s unclean spirits in our lives and temple/body in the name of Jesus (Mark 6:7). Remember to speak with authority to anything that is not of God in your life.

God has already granted you the power, now take it and move in your full dominion. Then, and only then, will Satan flee from your temple and life. Then, you will be Holy – without mixture. Ephesians 4:21 – 27, Eph 5:27, and Col 3 speaks of this.

Here’s to living Holy! Have a great evening!

  1. Where do you find this teaching in the Bible?

And they that are Christ have crucified the flesh with the affections and the lust. Galatians 5:24

Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 2 Timothy 2:19

He cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1 John 3:9

  3. Thank you for your message. I was prayerful in how to answer you and heard from The Holy Spirit last night. There are plenty of scriptures that illustrate my point. I will have some time later today to reply in detail. I’ll want to take the time that your question deserves to answer and wanted to make sure I was not answering from ego, but from the Word and after hearing from The Holy Spirit. I’ll post my answer this afternoon. – Ericka
